I graduated with an Aerospace Engineering degree and worked in Silicon Valley for many years.
I gained 70lbs due to the overwhelming stress and lifestyle.
I decided that the long days in front of a computer weren't right for me and I made a change.
It wasn't just about weight loss, it was a full life awakening.
Before engineering, I was always an athlete and even played soccer at the semi-pro level.
I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals and know what it takes to get there.
I've spent the last 5+ years learning and getting certified in some of the most cutting-edge programs in fitness.
This isn't about me helping you to find a quick fix. This is about us partnering together to achieve your goals and train to support a sustainable lifestyle.

This is where both my education and background fuse together: Bodybuilding Meets Functional Fitness. With this unique approach, you can still perform high-intensity functional fitness workouts while also building the musculature foundation to help avoid injury.

I don’t care how much you can lift, how high you can jump, or how fast you can run, if it looks like garbage, then it’s garbage. You will focus on the quality of movement and execution over everything. “Perfect practice makes perfect.”

You can’t prevent injuries but you can become resilient to them. You will build the body armor required to stay strong and be resilient in the gym and in daily life. My approach is to find limiting factors and stressors and attack them to help you avoid injuries.
