Imagine opening your workout app and there is training designed just for you. This means you can stop googling "workouts to do at home" now. I will design a program that meets your individual needs and send it to you each week via an easy to use app.
No Second Guessing
Each workout includes demo videos and coaching instructions so you'll know exactly what to do. You can even submit videos of yourself doing a movement so that I can give you feedback on your form and technique.
Text & Email Communication with Coach Arlan
I only work with a limited number of personal athletes every year. Because of this, you will get full communication access to ensure you get the support and guidance you need.
Accountability & Progress Tracking
It's easy to skip a workout if nothing is holding you accountable. I will be personally checking in on you to see how your workout was and how your week is going. I'll also have you provide notes on each workout so we can track your progress.

2. Strength & Movement Assessment
Once you decide to move forward, you will do a virtual strength & movement assessment that consists of some simple exercises. This will help me see if you have any strength imbalance or mobility issues that I can account for in your custom program.

3. Custom Plan
After the assessment, I will get to work and start building your custom training plan. You will get an invite to download an app and I will start sending you workouts each week.
4. Regular Check-ins
I will be checking the results and notes of your workouts throughout the week to help answer any questions. We will communicate through the app each week and will also have a monthly call to touchbase.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many workouts will I get per week?
I will work with you to develop a training schedule that works best for you. In general, I will provide you with 3-5 workouts a week. Each day will include a warmup, strength/skill work, cardio and conditioning, and a cool down with stretches and mobility work.
How often will I communicate with Coach Arlan?
I will be checking your workout results throughout the week to answer any questions that may come up. The more notes and information you provide in the app after your workouts, the more I will be able to give feedback and fine tune your program.
How do I know if I'm a good fit for this?
I have worked with athletes of ages ranging from 10 to 70 years old and with all different backgrounds and goals. Some people are training for a competition, others want to lose weight or gain strength. No matter what your goals are, I will partner with you and design a program to help you reach them.
