Training Designed Just For You & Your Sport

I have worked with high school, college and professional athletes of all ages and sports. This training will be customized to your individual goals and help you to level up as an athlete. I have personally played football, baseball and soccer. My main focus was soccer and I played that into the semi-pro level. 

1:1 Training, Small Group Training or Entire Team Training

This training can be done as one on one personal training, with a few of your teammates, or with your entire team. In-person sessions are available in Jupiter, Florida and the surrounding North Palm Beach area. 

In Person & Text Communication with Coach Arlan

I only work with a limited number of personal athletes every year. Because of this, you will get full communication access to ensure you get the support and guidance you need. 

Accountability & Progress Tracking

It's easy to skip a workout if nothing is holding you accountable. I will be personally checking in on you to see how your workout was and how your week is going. I'll also have you provide notes on each workout so we can track your progress.

I will help you connect the dots between your training, nutrition, stress management, life habits, and sleep & recovery so that you will stay safe, make progress and achieve your goals. 

1. Consultation

Request a free consult and we will set up a phone call for me to learn more about your goals and determine if we are a good fit. 

2. Strength & Movement Assessment

Once you decide to move forward, you will do an in-person or virtual strength & movement assessment. This will help establish your strength baseline and see if you have any strength imbalance or mobility issues that I can account for in your custom program.


3. Custom Plan

After the assessment, I will start building your custom training plan. We will then establish your training schedule and get to work! 

4. Regular Check-ins

In addition to our in-person sessions, I will be checking in throughout the week to help you with your nutrition and answer any questions related to your training.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many times should I train each week for Sports Specific Training?

I will work with you to develop a training schedule that works best for you. It also depends if you are in the off season or in-season. In general, I recommend that we train a minimum of 3 times a week. Each day will include a sports specific warmup, strength/skill work, cardio and conditioning, and a cool down with stretches and mobility work. 

What sports are good to do Sports Specific Training?

Any sport! Football, baseball, soccer, rugby, lacrosse, volleyball, skiing, martial arts, swimming, hockey, basketball, equestrian and more! Anyone can benefit from sports specific training. We will focus on getting you stronger and more powerful, which will help you in any sport. 

What age groups are good for Sports Specific Training?

I have worked with athletes of ages ranging from 10  to 70 years old and with all different backgrounds and goals. Some people are training for an upcoming season, others want to stay physically prepared in the offseason, others want to lose weight or gain strength. No matter what your goals are, I will partner with you and design a sports specific program to help you reach them. 

Where are you located?

I offer in-person sports-specific training in Jupiter, Florida, and the surrounding North Palm Beach area. We can do our training sessions at local gyms I have partnered with, or I can come to your school or facility. Sports Training can also be remote and I can send you training via an easy-to-use app.
